This year, we have partnered with EuroTech to provide skill and teams camps for our membership and players from surrounding communities. As parents, you won't find better camps in the area since all camps are taught by professional coaches and they are specifically designed to develop our players individual technical skill and decision making. Below you will find a list of camp offerings and we strongly encourage participation for all Newport News FC members.

club organizes extra training sessions for every member. Goal Keeper sessions
are specifically designed to provide basic and advanced techniques of this very
unique position. This program is conducted by licensed professional staff and
are offered as exclusive member's only programs.

Winter Academy Camp

Winter Academy Camp Program for all U10 - U18 players
The Newport News FC Winter Academy Program is one of the most comprehensive and
affordable skill camp programs available. The NNFC Winter Academy curriculum is
designed exclusively to focus on developing and
improving individual ball skill, 1 v 1 play and tactical awareness in small
group environments.
Additionally players are grouped by team and/or ability
level.
Participants of this program participate in 10* professionally staffed training
sessions for the price of what a 5-session camp generally costs. Additionally,
all participants in this camp train under Nationally Licensed Coaches and former
Olympic Development Program Coaches and Evaluators.

Spring Break Skills and Small-Sided Game Camp
Don't miss this chance to

This camp is open to every age level...U10 - High School.
Pre-registration is mandatory and space is limited.

free...that's two camps for the price of one!
What is Unique about this Camp
Camp participants will have two sessions a day to attend, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning session will be 100% skill training. Morning session skill topics include developing first touch, inside and outside of the foot passing, shooting, crossing, instruction on kicking for power and placement, dribbling to beat an opponent, heading, shielding, and tackling techniques. The afternoon session will be 100% small-sided game play and instruction. Afternoon session topics will include tactical teaching and play in 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 and 4v4 match related and match condition playing environments.

Camp Session Times: 10am - NOON and 2 PM to 4 PM
Cost per player: $85.00 - covers both sessions.
What Should Players Bring
All players should bring a ball and water.
